Our reputation and business rests on the quality and value afforded by the venues that we recommend to our clients. Upon that rare occasion where a recommended venue fails to live up to client expectations, we want to know about it and we need to know about it. If your event is still in progress, we will do everything possible to convey your (and our) dissatisfaction to venue management and seek remedial action. Elizadora books many, many meetings with venues and their management wants to keep the business we refer to them.
