I live in PA and any under age person at a party with alcohol will get cited for underage drinking, it does not matter if they were consuming or not. When you are cited you may be fined and/or have your license taken away. It would not hurt to call a lawyer and try to fight it, proving that you were not drinking is near impossible but proving that you are a good student, involved in the community, do volunteer work etc. will help reduce your punishment. Also, if you have not told your parents yet you should before they get the letter in the mail. Good luck!
