A16: If you decide to enroll in the PriceGuard program, you will automatically be removed from your current Budget Plan. You will remain responsible for any true-up amount you may owe, and it will be presented on your final utility bill. If you have built a credit balance, Nicor Advanced Energy will have a refund check issued to you so you can apply those funds to future Nicor Advanced Energy bills.
