We would still like for you to begin your career in the STSA as a cadet, however a Cadet status can be waived to Ensign if you have experience. Remember, if you are already a higher ranking officer; promotions will come easier for you, because 1). You already know how to sim. 2). Chances are, you’ll show up most every time for each sim!
