The theoretical component of the training is gained through the MSc and therefore all candidates must have passed an IPEM accredited MSc prior to completing the scheme. A list of accredited courses may be found on the IPEM website www.ipem.ac.uk Candidates joining the scheme having already obtained an IPEM accredited MSc in Medical Physics/Clinical Engineering will just complete the Hospital based experience element of the training.
