What if I already have a telstra.com or BigPond username and password?
When you register, you will be prompted to either ‘link in’ an existing username and password, or create a new one. If you are a member of telstra.com or a Telstra or BigPond customer and already have a username and password you can choose to link these to your online account details. This way, you can use the one username and password to access your online account details and other Telstra or telstra.com services, such as WebMail/MyConnect or MyInbox.
