What if Guests have a Disneys Magical Express reservation but do not receive their Airport Transportation Booklet?
If a guest with a Disney’s Magical Express reservation does not receive their booklet before they depart to the Walt Disney World® Resort, they will still be eligible to participate in Disney’s Magical Express service. Once they arrive at Orlando International Airport, they need to see the Disney Representative at the Disney Welcome Center (Side B, Level 1) and we will assist the guest. The guest does not need to claim their luggage. We will gather all their information and claim checks and collect the luggage for the guest and then deliver it to the Resort Guest room.
