Do not accept it. If you choose to accept it, and upon inspection discover the plaq is damaged as well, save the packaging and call us (207)772-2025. We’ll contact FedEx and have them send an agent out to retrieve your damaged plaq and packaging. But based on our experience, this is a rare occurrence. We package your plaqs securely and have been very pleased with FedEx’s handling and service.
