More often that not, Geriatric Care Manager work with families who have differing views and mediate when family dynamics and/or differences in opinion occur. They help to sort out the various problems and concerns of all family and discuss the real challenges children face when dealing with the care needs of their parents. They help the family members come to an agreement on how best to handle the care issues by providing direction and guidance.
