Moreover, a tree can only grow at a certain rate per year. Thus participation now in growing tropical hardwood trees insures that you are that much ahead of any future projects. When you consider that the population is increasing at an alarming rate, and the supply of tropical trees has virtually been exhausted, with very few tropical tree farms in existence today, it would seem likely that there will be continued rising demand for these beautiful woods.
