What if e-FAQ sends back a reply that is a wrong answer? How does e-FAQ handle incorrect or bad responses / replies?
If e-FAQ happens to send an email response that does not answer the original message, the message originator can subsequently reply via email. e-FAQ will recognize the reply, and instead of attempting to automatically respond again, e-FAQ will automatically route the message to a pre-designated mailbox for subsequent processing. For web inquiries, the inquirer can reform the question and resubmit, or they can decide to choose another available method of interaction, such as requesting a web chat, a web callback, etc.
