• If you decide you do not need thes ervice anymore, simply contact the Acadian Medical Alert Customer Service Department at 1-877-315-2028 to cancel the monitoring service. You will have to return the equipment to Acadian in its original box. If you do not have the original packing material the equipment came in, Acadian can ship you the apprepriate packing material for $15. Please mail it to: Acadian Medical Alert, Inc.
