If DCAS does not receive an evaluation of your foreign education from a DCAS-approved foreign education evaluation service within eight weeks of the close of the application period for the examination you will be found Not Qualified. After the eligible list for the examination has been established you will receive a Disqualification Notice informing you of the reason you were found Not Qualified and of your right to appeal that finding.
