I visit ASEBPs website as a source of information about the benefit plans and the coverage available. Could my information be obtained by retrieving data stored in cookies on my computer?
If money is obtained from another funding source (eg Home Office to reduce crime) can it be used for other purposes?

A60. If consent cannot be obtained and is required by state law, the employer must document in writing that consent cannot be obtained. When the source individual’s consent is not required by law, the source individual’s blood if available shall be tested and the results documented.
