What if co-worker forgets his or her password?
A user can change their password through Forgot Password?on the web site after answering a security question. If they continue to have problems logging in, as the administrator, you can use the administration tool to reset the user’s password. When you reset the user’s password, a temporary password will be generated and sent to the e-mail address on file for the user.
