What if certain parts of the item(s) to be assembled are missing or damaged?
Our assembler will conduct an inventory of parts prior to initiating assembly. At that point, if there are any missing parts, we will assist you by contacting the product manufacturer or retailer on your behalf, in order to replace those parts. For your convenience, our assemblers carry most nuts, bolts and screws used by manufacturers. If you wish, we can complete the assembly by using our supplies to speed up the process at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
