What if Centinela sues to stop the election, or overturn the results?
They have filed paperwork that suggests that the preliminary environmental studies were insufficient. We were informed that they have made a request of the State Board of Education for records related to the sufficiency of the environmental study, in order to find technical flaws in the States process of assessing the Unification proposal. In addition, papers have been filed by CV that challenge the narrow vote of Wiseburn residents only and the proposal to continue paying on Measure C.
