What if architectural controls are violated?
In the event of a violation, reasonable efforts will be made to obtain the cooperation and agreement of the violator to correct or eliminate the problem. In the event these informal efforts fail, the Association may undertake one or more formal enforcement mechanisms available to it, such as (but not limited to) fines, suspension of facility use privileges, injunctive legal proceedings and suit for damages.
