What if another organization has registered my TaxID and I don’t know who they are?
OHP will give you the registered company’s name and the administrator’s name and contact information so you can talk with the company to determine if they have a legitimate use of your TaxID or if they registered it in error. If it is an error, their OneHealthPort administrator can remove your TaxID by faxing a letterhead request to OHP ofices. Once this is completed, you can return to register your organization.
