All goods are Quality Controlled prior to despatch. Your order is inspected and then packed carefully. When your Photobooks arrive please inspect them for visible damage before signing for them. If goods arrive damaged you must retain all packaging and notify us immediately. Please check your Order History page within your account for despatch date. If an order does not arrive within 3 days of despatch please contact us.
