Oversized or demonstrative exhibits must be conventionally filed. See ORAP 16.30. eFilers should note in the “comments” box on the eFiling page that materials will be conventionally filed. Conventional filings related to electronic filings need not include a separate proof of service, as long as the electronically filed proof of service lists the document that was conventionally filed. eFilers should submit the number of copies of the oversized or demonstrative exhibit that is normally required for documents conventionally filed.
