If a respondent would like a paper version of the survey, they are to contact Statistics Canada at the following e-mail address pses-saff@statcan.gc.ca or phone number at 1-888-881-3666. Departmental HR contacts are responsible for distributing paper questionnaires to respondents who have been identified as needing a paper version before the launch of the survey.
