What if an employee disagrees with the assigned level?
Managers will meet with each of their employees to discuss their new category and level. If disagreement occurs, the Human Resource Representative for the area can be consulted. The staff in the Office of Human Resources will also serve in an advising and auditing capacity, and an appeals process will be in place to handle any situations that still cannot be resolved.
