What if an Authorized Payer forgets their password?
Let your student know, and he/she can reset your password by logging into QuikPAY ® via Duckweb. The student then selects “Authorize Payers” from the navigation bar, and selects the record of the Authorized Payer needing a new password. Then click on “Edit”, then “Reset Password”. After your password is reset, you will receive an automated email notification with your new temporary password.
