What if all raffle tickets are not sold?
Most raffles are reverted to a 50/50 cash drawing if enough raffle tickets are not sold to give away the advertised raffle prize. This means that a raffle is still held, with one winner receiving a check for 50% of the net proceeds and the charity also receiving 50%.
