The energy savings action plan annual reporting process provides an opportunity for high energy users to indicate that all cost-effective energy-saving measures have been implemented. Organisations that have demonstrated that all cost-effective savings measures have already been implemented will not receive a notice in writing from the Minister. DECC will audit to confirm actions have been implemented.
