What if after cleaning the stain remains?
Contrary to popular belief, certain stains cannot be removed by the dry-cleaning process. The nature and age of the stain, plus the colour and material of the fabric, sometimes make stains impossible to remove without damaging the fabric. The newer the stain, the easier its will be removed. To increase the chances of removing the stain, it is recommended that you alert the serviceman/dyrcleaner as soon as possible. It is also recommended that you immediately mark the spot where the spill occurred with a piece of tape to make the dry-cleaner aware of the invisible stain. Then, on a piece of paper write what was spilled such as white wine, etc and bring it for cleaning immediately. Do not attempt to treat the garment yourself. This is because during the treatment, the stain may emerge. However, if you tried a home remedy, even if you have cleaned it with water only, please indicate and make known to our serviceman of the method used.
