What if additional wiring is needed to connect the new line?
In the unlikely event that our field technician is unable to find an available pair of wires to connect the new line to the location where we are installing your equipment, new wiring will be required. Our technicians will install up to 50 feet of wiring provided the total install time does not exceed 15 minutes. If the install time is more than that and the wiring exceeds 50 feet or other extraordinary conditions exist, we will provide you with a quote for the extra work or recommend that you find a vendor to perform the extended wiring. You will be informed of this situation immediately. Our technicians have pretty much seen it all and they are experts at making this process as simple as possible for you.
