What if a Work Study student has to be absent?
The Work Study student must notify both the employer and Work Study Coordinator (Mrs. Brzezinski) if they are going to be absent. If the student knows in advance, they can tell both the employer and Mrs. Brzezinski. The student must call BOTH the employer and Mrs. Brzezinski (410-313-7328)on the morning of the absense. The employer phone number and Mrs. Brzezinski’s phone number are given to the student in writing before they start a job. It is an essential work skill to notify your employer when you are absent. This is a very important part of the student’s grade.
