What if a vendor is not getting any work, can they protest?
Under the contract, there is a minimum guarantee to each vendor of $10,000. Once the vendor has reached this limit, the government is not obligated to offer additional work. Work distribution is based on merit, past performance, vendor size, and contract size; if a vendor is not getting the amount of work they were anticipating they should direct their concerns to the COTR.
