In an emergency situation it may be possible for Council’s Landscape Technical Officer to give approval immediately. If a Council Officer is unable to attend the site then the arborist on site must contact the Landscape Technical Officer for possible approval over the phone. A written report must be submitted to Council by the arborist within seven days of the work.
