What if a temporary service indicates that they cannot comply with Yale’s new background check requirement?
Yale departments will not be able to use temporary employees from a temporary services vendor who does not comply after January 1, 2010. Temporary employees currently placed at Yale from the agency may continue working in their current assignments beyond January 1, 2010 but will not be able to move to a different assignment nor obtain or renew a Yale ID.
