The student validation process for a Protected Course Cartridge requires a Student Access Key. PIN validations are Cartridge-specific. If a student attempts to validate access using a Student Access Code for Vista or CE (formerly WebCT) or any other PIN that is not a Student Access Key, the validation process will fail. If a student purchases a Student Access Code for Vista or CE online by mistake, he or she should contact Blackboard Support at /epack/student.Bb.
