Running shoes are a minimum uniform requirement…some ill-fitting clothing, scarves, jewellery, hard-soled shoes, and socks without shoes can inhibit movement and possibly cause injury during active movement…hanging jewellery must not be worn. Jewellery which can’t be removed and which presents a safety concern (like medical alert identification, religious/cultural jewellery) must be taped.” Appropriate footwear (running shoes) is a must.
