What if a student is receiving OSAP?
Brescia University College lets you make all payments and other financial arrangements through the Business Office which is located in Ursuline Hall. If a student is expecting OSAP and anticipates difficulty in making a payment deadline, they should contact the Business Office well in advance to discuss the situation. At Brescia University College, all payments and other financial arrangements are made through the Business Office, which is located in Ursuline Hall. If the first installment of OSAP is sufficient to cover the first installment of fees due August 14, 2009, no payment is required on August 14, 2009. Your fees will be deferred until you pick up OSAP documents in the Business Office (located in Ursuline Hall) in the first week of classes. The OSAP documents should be processed within a week of receiving the documents. If the first installment of your OSAP funding is not sufficient to cover the first installment of fees, you must pay the difference by August 14, 2009.
