What if a student has not taken a second year of a foreign language? How do I mark their Difficulty of Course Load?

Students who were unable to take a second year of a foreign language (e.g. the class was full, another class was unavailable, etc.) should not be penalized by receiving a lower Difficulty of Course Load score. However, if a student opted out of taking a second year, then they should not receive the full 5 points in this section.
