Good communication among roommates and suitemates will usually keep disagreements and tensions to a minimum. But residents who are finding their roommate relationships to be strained can approach a don or RA to discuss the issue. The don is there to listen and to guide students through different strategies for resolving conflict. Outstanding issues can be brought to the residence life coordinator.
