What if a Solo-User subscriber has trouble logging back in?

If you are being told that the maximum number of users has been reached, make sure that you are using the Log Out button to exit from the RDA Toolkit each time you are finished. (You’ll need to be signed into your User Profile for the Log Out button to appear. Please see FAQ on “No logout button” above. You will log into your User Profile with the same username and password you use to log into the RDA Toolkit itself.) If you close your browser without logging out, the RDA system thinks you’re still logged into the Toolkit until it times out; if you try to log back in before you’re timed out, it may not let you back in.
