If you’ve not seen your reward post in 30 days of your purchase, you should contact us by filling out the brief form on the Rewards website. We will require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or statement. Once we are able to validate the purchase, we will issue your cash reward. Revised May 6, 2008.
