What if a retiree passes away; will the spouse be covered?

0

Surviving Spouse Continuation Coverage is available but the spouse must pay the monthly premium. Please Note: Under the REHP, retirees may decline coverage when they initially become eligible and may enroll at a later date. Also, current retirees have the one-time option to dis-enroll from the REHP and re-enroll at a later date. Current retirees may dis-enroll from medical only, prescription only, or medical and/or prescription coverage. If you contact the PEBTF at 1-800-522-7279 for rate information.
