If a resident is admitted to a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other health care facility, their Apartment will be held until appropriate notice is given. To hold their Apartment, they will continue to be appropriately charged the full monthly rate. If they do not return, they or their Responsible Party must provide to the community a thirty (30) day written notice of intent to vacate, and they will be charged the monthly rate. After the thirty (30) day period, the monthly rate will continue to be charged until their apartment is fully vacated of all personal belongings.
