As indicated in Question 2 above, if the information has been used to make decisions concerning eligibility and/or early intervention services, it is considered to be a part of the child’s Early Intervention record. Regulations regarding disclosure of the child’s early intervention record must be followed, regardless of instructions from the original source of the record.
