Generally, e-FAQ does a pretty good job with misspelled words. Usually, only a slight degradation in the matching algorithm occurs. Also, e-FAQ allows keywords to be added to an entry and aliases to be added to a FAQ to specifically help process words that are commonly misspelled or are of high significance in matching an entry.
