If your PRS file has been opened into Microsoft Excel, saved, and used again in PRS then the data will probably be corrupt. Excel changes some of the ClickerID’s to scientific format which will keep the PRS software from recognizing the clicker in the future. Once opened in Excel, please do not use that file in the PRS software.
