A15. The member can call the provider or Customer Service to find out if the provider has joined the network since the web site information was last updated or the directory was last printed. If the provider is not in the network, the member may telephone or write to us. We then will analyze the request and respond according to our policies for maintaining good member relations, provider qualifications and network access.
