We want to make sure that the individual needs of learners are supported so that all learners are able to access the training and accreditation opportunities. We will ensure this by: • Identifying disabilities, dietary requirement and other support needs on our individual application forms • Talking with learners who have identified specific learning needs to find out the best ways of supporting their learning • Supplying local authorities with guidance on venue requirements to enable the identification of venues that allow all learners to participate equally • Working in partnership with local authorities to provide additional support where appropriate e.g. signers • Signposting learners to other services who can provide support, where appropriate.
