What if a position changes and is not recorded at SCO, will the record error out?
It is imperative that external systems be kept in sync with MyCalPAYS to ensure that correct payments are issued and that quota and state service balances are correct. When the file processes, the system will attempt to record the attendance transaction using the current position (job) in MyCalPAYS. The transaction may reject if it does not meet the validation requirements. Example: The position on MyCalPAYS is a non-FLSA position and overtime is submitted.
