What if a pet requires medication or becomes ill?
We will make every effort to earn the trust of your pets so that they will accept meds from someone other than you while you’re away. Where ever possible, however, your pets needs would be best served by receiving their meds directly from you. Should your pet become ill in your absence, we will follow the instructions you provide to us when we first come out to meet with you and your pets.
