What if a passenger requires special assistance from a companion to or from the gate boarding areas?
Companion passes can be issued for guests meeting or dropping off minor children and for special needs passengers who require assistance to or from the gate boarding area. Since all gate boarding areas are beyond the security checkpoint areas, this special pass must be obtained before access to the Concourse will be granted to a non-traveling companion. Companions should contact the passenger’s specific airline directly at Airlines contact numbers to inquire about how they can obtain a pass to accompany or meet their passenger at their gate boarding area.
