Where a parent or guardian reside in a remote location & cannot access a post office or do not have Photo ID, they can: • contact the Department on the support phone number and request an EFT form be sent to them • they will need to complete the form and post it to the Department • once received, an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment will be deposited directly into their bank account from the 10th January 2011.
